ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing

4/8 the respondents 1 to 3 to deal with the representation made by the petitioner on 17.10.2025, wherein, the petitioner is seeking for cancellation of the house site patta that have been issued in favour of respondents 4 to 30 with respect of the subject property.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate produced the written instructions received from the 3 rd respondent. On going through the same, it is seen that the the 3 rd respondent has already taken a decision.

3.In view of the same, there shall be a direction to the 3 rd respondent to convey the decision to the petitioner, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No Costs.
