This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.24712 of 2025 dated 10.09.2025 passed by this Court to report before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m., for a period 1/4
of three months.
2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the final report was filed.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para 6(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.No.24712 of 2025 dated 10.09.2025, is is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for investigation.
