This petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 124 days in filing the appeal.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned counsel for the 3rd respondent. The learned counsel for the respective respondents have no objection in the delay being condoned.

The reasons adduced in the affidavit filed in support of this petition being satisfactory, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and consequently, the delay of 124 days in filing the appeal is condoned.
