These petitions have been filed seeking to condone the delay of 328 days in filing the civil miscellaneous appeals.

Mr.S.S.Santhosh Kumar, learned counsel, who takes notice on behalf of the respondent, stated that he has no objection to these petitions being allowed.
The reasons adduced in the affidavits filed in support of these petitions being satisfactory, these civil miscellaneous petitions are ordered and consequently, the delay of 328 days in filing the appeals is condoned, subject to the condition that the claimants/petitioners will not be entitled to any interest for the delay period i.e. for 328 days, in the appeals.
