This application has been filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 (Act No.26 of 1996) seeking for extension of the mandate for completion of pleadings and for passing final award by the Arbitral Tribunal.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned counsel for the respondent.

3. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the arbitral proceedings has reached the stage where all arguments are finished and the arbitrator has reserved the matter for passing final orders.

4. Taking into consideration the above submission, the time is extended for a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, for passing the final award.
