The petitioner, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 303(2) of BNSS, 2023, read with Section 21(1) of Mines & Mineral (Development & Regulation) Act, 1957 in connection with the Cr. No.536 of 2025, seek anticipatory bail.

2. Earlier, this Court had dismissed the anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner in Criminal Original Petition. No.24067 of 2025 by an order dated 07.09.2025.

3. There is no change in circumstance established before this Court to revisit the earlier order.
