O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the first respondent dated 10.10.2025 thereby rejecting the representation submitted by the petitioner seeking to conduct independent and comprehensive inspection and verification of the educational qualifications and certificates of all the teaching staff employed in the fourth respondent school.
2.
The petitioner is qualified with Master's degree in Physical Education and he joined in the fourth respondent school on 18.01.2017. While being so, the petitioner started Union and raised various issues and demands including uniform implementation of the 7th Pay Commission recommendation. Therefore, the fourth respondent terminated the petitioner's service on 10.02.2024 alleging that the petitioner committed 2/6
misconduct, which was challenged before this Court in WP.no.9499 of 2024 and it is pending. The petitioner alleged that the fourth respondent school has appointed teachers only from their known circle despite the fact they did not possess valid and requisite qualification. Therefore, the petitioner submitted representation dated 15.11.2024 requesting respondents 2 and 3 to verify the authenticity of the educational certificates for faculties of the fourth respondent school. However, it was not considered and as such, he filed writ petition before this Court in WP.No.17958 of 2025 and this Court directed to dispose of the representation by conducting enquiry. However, after conducting enquiry, the representation submitted by the petitioner was rejected stating that the same has no merits.
3.
On perusal of records, it is revealed that after termination of the service, the petitioner made the complaint alleging that some of the faculties were not appointed properly and they are without any required qualification. That apart, already the fourth respondent had taken appropriate action against the teachers who did not possess proper educational qualification. Insofar as renewal of recognition of the fourth respondent, the matter is now pending before the authority concerned. 3/6
Therefore, this Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the impugned order.
4.
In view of the above discussion, this writ petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
