2. According to the plaintiff, they are the company incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956. They are dealing with the kitchen appliances and marketing their products under the brand name 'Preethi'. The plaintiff has annexed the documents to show that the site and the sale is being carried in Chennai.

3. Upon examining the draft plaint and the affidavit filed in support of this application, it appears that at least a part of the cause of action arose within the jurisdiction of this Court. Therefore, this application is allowed by granting leave to the applicant to sue the respondent before this Court.
