This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking a direction to release the attached vehicle bearing Reg.No.TN-21-N-1896 in E.P.No.127 of 2024 in MCOP No.249 of 2007 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Principal Sub-Judge), Kancheepuram. When the matter came up for hearing on 28.10.2025, this Court passed the conditional order of stay by directing the petitioner herein to deposit a sum of Rs.65,341/- to the credit of E.P.No.127 of 2024 in MCOP No.249 of 2007 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Principal Sub-Judge), Kancheepuram. Today, when the matter is called for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the condition has been complied with and he also produced Bank challan for deposit of the amount to the credit of M.C.O.P.No.249 of 2007 and the same is not disputed by the learned counsel for the respondents.
