praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus Directing the respondents to permit the petitioner to join duty as secondary grade teacher in terms of the persons with Disabilities (Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full Participation) Act, 1995 with continuity of Service, seniority, back wages commencing from the month of 02.06.2025, together with all attendant benefits within in a time frame For Petitioner : Mr.C.Johnson For Respondents For R1 to 4 : Mrs.S.Mythreye Chandru, Special Government Pleader

This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents to permit the petitioner to join duty as secondary grade teacher in terms of the persons with Disabilities (Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full Participation) Act, 1995 with continuity of Service, seniority, back wages commencing from the month of 02.06.2025, together with all attendant benefits within in a time frame 2.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's 2/4

representation and to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of this order. It is made clear that if there is no representation available with the third respondent, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh representation within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
