Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and I have also gone through the affidavit filed in support of the petition seeking to grant leave to the petitioner to file the Civil Revision Petition challenging the judgment and decree in O.S.No.942 of 2022 dated 02.07.2024 on the file of the 3rd Additional District and Sessions Court, Coimbatore.

2. I am satisfied that the petitioner has made out a case for challenging the judgment and decree which have seriously affected the interest and title of the subject property. This petition is ordered as prayed for.

3. Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition, if the papers are otherwise in order and post the main case for admission on 11.11.2025 and also list the accept the cause title and dispense with petitions.
