2.Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that both the petitioner and respondent are living together and sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Recording the submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for petitioner, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
