ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thirukalukundram, to dispose of the suit in O.S. No.57 of 2019 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioners, who are defendants 1 to 3, have stated that the suit in O.S.No.57 of 2019 was filed for permanent injunction along with various other reliefs. The suit was instituted in the year 2019.

3. A perusal of the adjudication sheet filed in the typed set of papers would indicate that the pleadings of the parties have been completed, and the matter was posted for trial in January 2023. Thereafter, there has been no progress in the trial.

4. Taking into consideration that the suit was filed in the year 2019 and that the matter has already been posted for trial, this Court is inclined to direct the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Thirukalukundram, to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.57 of 2019 as expeditiously as possible.

5. With the above direction, this civil revision petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
