The petitioner who was apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 406, 420 and 506(1) of IPC, 1860 in Crime No. 84 of 2025, seeks anticipatory bail.

Earlier, this Court by order dated 03.07.2025 was granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner on the following conditions: (i) Considering the above facts and circumstances of the case, nature of allegations, taking note of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) and also considering the fact that one previous case of similar in nature is pending against the petitioner in Crime No.2 of 2025 on the file of DCB, Thanjavur, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner."

3. This is the successive bail petition, this Court is of the view that there is no change in circumstances established before this Court to revisit the earlier order.
