This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 24 days in filing the Criminal Appeal praying to set aside the judgment dated 13.08.2024 made in Spl.C.C.No. 20 of 2021 on the file of the Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethimandram, (Fast Track Mahila Court), Namakkal, Namakkal District.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 24 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
