The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 02.12.2024 for the offences punishable under Sections 8(c) r/w 20(b)(ii)(c) of NDPS Act, 1985, in Crime No.11 of 2025, registered on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. It is reported by learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), earlier bail petition of the petitioner was twice dismissed and there is no change in circumstances about the earlier dismissed bail petition. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
