The matter is listed today under the caption "for being mentioned".

2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that in the order dated 19.11.2025, a particular portion has been omitted to be typed in the prayer portion pertaining to schedule of property, which has got reflected in the first paragraph of the order as well and therefore, necessary corrections may be made in the said portion of the said order.

3. In view of the above, the prayer portion as well as para 1 of the order dated 19.11.2025 shall stand replaced as under: ''Prayer:- The writ petitioner has been filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India seeking to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to execute a sale deed in favour of petitioner in respect of the schedule property mentioned viz., all the piece of vacant land situated at Sholinganallur Village, Sholinganallur Taluk, Chennai District, TNHB, Sholinganallur Neighbourhood Phase-III Scheme, comprised in S.No.236 part, bearing Plot No,LIG 440 measuring an extent of 72.00 sq. metre (775 sq.ft.) and thereabouts bounder as follows; North by : 7.20 metre Road; South by:Plot No.HIG III 358 and HIG III 359; East by: Plot No.LIG 439; and West by: Plot No.LIG 441.

1. This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to execute a sale deed in favour of petitioner in respect of the property situated at

Sholinganallur Village, Sholinganallur Taluk, Chennai District, TNHB, Sholinganallur Neighbourhood Phase-III Scheme, comprised in S.No.236 part, bearing Plot No,LIG 440 measuring an extent of 72.00 sq. metre (775 sq.ft.). ''

4. Except the above modification, remaining portion of the order dated 19.11.2025 shall stand unaltered.

ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents to execute a sale deed in favour of petitioner in respect of the schedule property mentioned hereunder.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the petitioner applied for purchase of a house in Sholinganallur Scheme Phase III which was floated by the respondents. On 02.03.2002 the second respondent sent the allotment letter of the house in the said phase. On 12.07.2002 the second respondent issued the allotment order to the petitioner and on 23.10.2002 possession was handed over to the petitioner by the respondent. The second respondent also transferred the schedule mentioned property in favour of the petitioner. The petitioner has paid final cost to the second respondent towards the schedule mentioned property. The second respondent has executed a sale deed in favour of the petitioner. On 07.03.2025, when the petitioner came to know about some unknown person trying to trespass the petitioner has addressed a letter to the second respondent. The second respondent after receiving the letter from the petitioner, has approached the concerned police station and made a complaint against the encroachers and the same was not considered. Hence, the present writ petition.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may direct the respondents to consider and pass orders on the petitioners representation within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

4. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation will be considered and orders will be passed within the

stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

5. Heard the learned counsel for both side and perused the materials available on record.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this court directs the second respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's request within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
