ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondents herein to grant the petitioner with appointment order to the post of Panchayat 2/6

Secretary, Barur Village Panchayat, Kaveripattinam Panchayat Union, Krishnagiri District based on his section to the said post under the notification in Na.ka. No 773/2018 / E2 dated 09.11.2019 and accordingly direct the Respondents to delete Barur village panchayat from the list of notified vacancies to the post of Panchayat Secretary under the Notification No 24817 / 2025 / M3 dated 09.10.2025 as deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the nd respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 18.10.2025 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of 8 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3/6

4. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
