This petition is filed to condone the delay of 25 days in filing the appeal.

Heard Mr.A.Ajmath Begum, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Abdul Vahab, learned counsel for the respondents.

The delay is only 25 days. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and since there are no serious objections, the delay of 25 days in filing the appeal is condoned. Accordingly, the petition stands ordered.
