The petitioner has filed this writ petition seeking issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus by calling for the records pertaining to the impugned re-tender short Notice Ref No.63/FS/2025 dated 31.10.2025 issued by the second respondent confirming the E tender notification dated 03.09.2025 and quash the same by declaring the same as unsustainable in law and also against the Principles of Natural Law and justice and consequently direct the respondents 1-3 to frame 2/4

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the re-tender was cancelled vide order dated 10.11.2025. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the writ petition is closed.
