O R D E R

The petitioner herein apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 329(4) of BNS and Sections 3 of TN Public Property ( Prevention of Damage & Loss) Act, 1992 in Crime No.522 of 2025, on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail.

2. The allegation against the the petitioner along with other accused trespassed into the defacto complainant's office and damaged the CCTV camera, cable wire and other articles worth approximately Rs.1,00,000/-. Hence, the case.

3. This Court earlier dismissed the petitioner's bail on 31.10.2025 in Crl.O.P.No.39610 of 2025 by stating the following reasons: Considering the petitioner's involvement in damaging the property, also involved in six previous cases and considering the value of the damaged property, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 2/4

Now, without any change in circumstances, the present petition is filed. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
