The Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to dispense with the production of certified copy of the impugned order dated 11.06.2025 in M.P.No.76 of 2025 in D.V.C.No.89 of 2024 on the file of the learned Additional Mahila Court (Magisterial Level), Egmore, Chennai. 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner not even produced the online copy of the order passed in M.P.No.76 of 2025, she only produced the adjudication status. A perusal of the same would indicate that M.P.No.76 of 2025 was allowed on condition imposed by the Trial Court. Since the online copy of the impugned order has not produced before this Court, I am not inclined to order the dispense with application. Accordingly, C.M.P.No.29791 of 2025 is dismissed.

3. The Registry is directed to return the papers by directing the petitioner to produce certified copy of the order passed in M.P.No.76 of 2025, dated 11.06.2025.
