ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the 1st respondent herein to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 22.09.2025 and to permit the petitioner and other villagers to use the burial ground in Survey No. 378 of Pachoor Village. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is the resident of Pachoor Village, Tirupathur District and that the people of the said village are using the burial ground at Sy.No.378 of Pachoor Village for more than 70 years. However, now the respondents 2 and 3 are objecting to the use of the burial ground at Sy.No.378. Hence, the petitioner made a representation dated 22.09.2025 before the first respondent for allowing the petitioner and other villagers to use the burial ground at Sy.No.378, However, the same has not been considered by the first respondent till date. Hence, the present writ petition.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the representation will be considered and orders will be passed within the stipulated time as fixed by this Court.

4. Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and in view of the limited request sought for by the petitioner, this court directs the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 22.09.2025 within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, in accordance with law, after providing an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and to any other aggrieved party.
