This Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the State, to accept the affidavit and extend the time by six months to complete the investigation of the case and to file final report as per the direction given by this Court in W.P.No.561 of 2023 vide order dated 20.03.2025.

2. Taking into consideration the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the time to comply with the order of this Court dated 20.03.2025, is extended by a further period of four months from today.

3. Accordingly, this Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 05.12.2025 ksa-2 Note: Issue order copy on 11.12.2025.
