ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the answer key published on 25.09.2025, insofar as answers for Question Nos.7 and 31 in Paper I and Question Nos.49 and 76 in Paper II in Tamil Nadu State Level Eligibility Test for appointment to the post of Assistant Professors.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials available on record.

3. The petitioner is qualified to write the Tamil Nadu State Level Eligibility Test in the year 2024, as per the notification dated 20.03.2024. The petitioner applied for the same and had written the examination. After examination, the respondent published the tentative answer key and called upon the candidates to raise objections. After receipt of the objections from other candidates, the respondent published the final answer key. Accordingly, corrections were made and result was also published on 25.09.2025.

4. Now, after publishing the result, the petitioner challenged the answer keys for Question Nos.7 and 31 in Paper I and Question Nos.49 and 76 in Paper II that too after having been not qualified in the Tamil Nadu State Level Eligibility Test.

5. Admittedly, the petitioner failed to raise any objections on the tentative answer keys. Therefore, now the petitioner cannot challenge the final answer keys without raising objections to the tentative answer keys.

6. In view of the above, this Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the final answer keys published on 25.09.2025 and the writ petition is devoid of merits and is liable to be dismissed.

7. Accordingly, this writ petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs. 14.11.2025 Internet: Yes Index : Yes/No Speaking/Non Speaking order mn
