This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to amend the case number as C.C.No.774 of 2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.5, Salem instead of C.C.No.774 of 2023 on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Salem, in the order dated 24.10.2025 in Cr.O.P.No.27804 of 2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Considering the reasons stated, this petition is ordered.

4. Registry is directed to rectify the above error wherever required in the order dated 24.10.2025 and issue fresh order copy.
