ORDER

This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to modify the condition in Para 7(c) to comply the condition before any other police stations in Thanjavur District instead of the respondent police station which was imposed to the petitioner while granting anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.19403 of 2025 dated 25.09.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent.

3. Since, the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition that the police officials are trying to put-up false cases against the petitioner and thus the petitioner prays to modify the condition imposed on him, is not acceptable, this Court is not inclined to entertain the modification petition. The petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation as ordered in Crl.O.P.No.19403 of 2025 dated 25.09.2025.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands dismissed. 18.11.2025 ssi To:
