This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.8(b) imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.27199 of 2025, dated 03.10.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. K. RAJASEKAR, J.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition only for 16 days and from 01.11.2025, he has not complied with the condition; and that the investigation is yet to be concluded.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the respondent police tried to arrest the petitioner in connection with other case, the petitioner has not complied with the condition, however he prays to modify the condition.

4. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.8(b) imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.27199 of 2025, dated 03.10.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner herein shall report before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10:30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
