ORDER

This application has been filed by the Official Assignee to permit the Official Assignee to disburse the claim amount of a sum of Rs.8,35,916/- including interest at the rate of 9% p.a. from the date of plaint till the date of decree and 6% from the date of decree till the date of realisation.

2. On carefully going through the report submitted by the Official Assignee, it is seen that a sum of Rs.45,95,650/- has been realised from the estate and after all the deductions, it is sufficient to disburse the claim amount in the estate for a sum of Rs.8,35,916/- inclusive of interest in favour of the only unsecured creditor who, was able to sustain such a claim. The amount shall be disbursed within a period of two (2) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
