By order dated 07.11.2025, I have granted relief to the revision petitioner to file the above revision petition. The present application is filed to accept the cause title insofar as inclusion of respondents 6 and 7 as necessary parties pursuant to the compromise reached before the Suit which is under challenge in the revision petition.

2. Heard Mr.T.S.Baskaran, learned counsel for petitioner.

3. I am satisfied that in the present revision respondents 6 and 7 are proper and necessary parties.

4. In view thereof, the Civil Miscellaneous petition is ordered.
