2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the submissions and the nature of offence the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22537 of 2025 dated 22.08.2025, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
