Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for records quashing and setting aside the order dated 20.02.2025 passed in SHRC Case No.14033/22/13/2021/HCP as being violative of the principles of natural justice and passed without adherence to due process of law direct the 1st respondent to conduct a proper and impartial enquiry in accordance with law. ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Order of Human Rights Commission does not suffer from any illegality or perversity inasmuch as on the complaint of the petitioner, the Human Rights Commission obtained report and after examination of the materials on record, has recorded a finding of fact, which cannot be said to be suffering from any perversity.

2. We are of the view that if the petitioner was aggrieved on account of non-registration of an offence, despite submission of complaint, the petitioner has remedy of approaching the concerned Magistrate.

3. The petition stands dismissed. There will be no order as to costs.
