Prayer : Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of order passed by the 3rd respondent in letter Zone V/C.No./5813/2025 dated 05.08.2025 on the file of the 3rd respondent, quash the same and consequently direct the 3rd and 4th respondents to deseal the premise bearing door no. 71, Jermiah Road, Vepery, Chennai - 600007 forthwith which was sealed on 04.09.2025.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) It appears that though petitioner has filed revision, aggrieved by order dated 05.08.2025, the revision petition has remained pending and now, petitioner has approached this Court challenging the very same order dated 05.08.2025 raising various issues, including violation of principles of natural justice.
2. But for the fact that petitioner has chosen to approach the
revisional authority, we would have entertained this writ petition. Considering that revision petition is pending before the revisional authority, we will not comment upon merits.
3. If petitioner has already filed stay application, he shall appear before the authority, along with a copy of this order, within a week and on such application being submitted before the authority, along with a copy of this order, either the revision petition may finally be disposed of or if not possible, petitioner's stay application be considered and decided within a period of ten days from the date of submission of a copy of this order.
