The Writ petition is filed for Writ of Mandamus directing the second Respondent to file a final report within the time frame fixed by this Court in Crime No.85 of 2025 on the file of the 2 nd respondent before the commencement of domestic enquiry proceedings PR.No.D1/PR21/2025 dated 23.08.2025 conducted by the 1 st respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the investigation has been completed and the final report has been filed in C.C.No.1138 of 2025 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Pollachi.
