This writ petition has been filed challenging the order passed by the 2nd Respondent vide File No.126/RHC/A/2024, Unit 27 SCGNSG, RH, Chennai dated 03.11.2025, thereby the petitioner has been sent back to his parent department.

Heard, the learned counsel appearing on either side. 3.
On perusal of records, it is found that the petitioner was originally appointed as National Security Guard in 27 SCG, National Security Guard RH, Chennai on 15.07.2021. Thereafter, he was deputed to 27 SCGNSG, RH, Chennai. Now by the impugned order dated 03.11.2025, he has been sent back to his parent department i.e. CASF. Therefore, this Court finds no infirmity or illegality in the impugned order.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
