This petition is filed to implead the petitioners herein as party respondents in C.M.P.No.4261 of in W.A.Sr.No.3420 of 2016.

Heard Mr.D.Ashokkumar, learned counsel for the petitioners, Mr.E.Vijayanand, learned Additional Government Pleader for respondents 1 and 2, Mr.V.Elangovan, learned counsel for respondents 3 and 5 and Mr.P.S.Seetharaman, learned counsel for respondents 6 and 7.

Since the first respondent/writ petitioner is no more and the legal heirs now seek to be impleaded as party respondents in in C.M.P.No.4261 of 2016 in W.A.Sr.No.3420 of 2016, this petition is ordered.

Registry is directed to carryout the necessary amendments in the causetitle.
