This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 88 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case.

2. Mr.P.M.Duraiswamy, learned counsel takes notice for the first respondent and Mr.R.Kishore Kumar, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) takes notice for the second respondent and submits that there are no serious objections on the side of the respondents.

3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and upon perusal of the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court is of the view that sufficient cause has been shown for condoning the delay.

4. In the result, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed and the delay of 88 days in filing the Criminal Revision Case is condoned.
