ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Raising various complaints, through this Public Interest Litigation, the petitioner has sought a direction to the official respondents to take action against alleged illegality in parking space causing inconvenience to the public at large.

2. It appears that there are issues regarding parking of vehicles in front of fourth respondent hotel. These matters are required to be

looked into by the local authority. The local authority shall take those measures as may be necessary to manage and regulate traffic movement, parking, etc.
