O R D E R

This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para No.7(b) imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.23087 of 2025, dated 16.09.2025, that the petitioner shall stay at Sivagangai and report before the Inspector of Police, Sivagangai Town Police Station daily at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. It is made clear that the petitioner shall not enter into the jurisdiction of the respondent police.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly; and that the investigation completed and charge sheet yet to taken on file.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.7(b) imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.23087 of 2025, dated 16.09.2025 is relaxed, however the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
