This writ petition has been filed for a direction directing the respondent to consider the petitioner representation dated 10.08.2022, and to disburse the petitioner General Provident Fund to his Account No.80292 and other service benefits for the period from 06.02.1981 to 11.02.1988 along with interest at the applicable GPF rate within a time frame.

Without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the third and fourth respondents are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.08.2022 and, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and giving her personal opportunity of hearing, to pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight 2/4

weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 3.
