This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para No.6(b) imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.10976 of 2025, dated 15.04.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders, to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Tiruporur instead of respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent.

Considering the submissions made and the nature of offence, the condition in para No.6(b) imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.10976 of 2025, dated 15.04.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned District Munsif Cum Judicial Magistrate, Tiruporur everyday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.
