This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.01.2025 within the time to be framed by this Court.

2. When the matter is taken up today, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the petitioner has given a representation dated 04.01.2025 against her first son Gandhidasan in respect of interference in the administration of a private temple and preventing them from performing poojas in the temple. Similar complaint has also been given by the petitioner's another son viz., Ravichandran, with the same allegation. Based on the complaint given, a case in Crime No.98/2025 for the offences under sections 296(b), 115 & 315(b) of IPC has been registered and the investigation has been completed and charge sheet has also been taken on file in C.C.No.322 of 2025.

3. Recording the above submission, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
