This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 317 days in filing the Criminal Appeal against the sentence imposed by the Sessions Judge, Principal POCSO Court, Salem dated 24.10.2024 made in Spl.S.C.No. 20 of 2020

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 317 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
