ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed by the petitioner to modify the condition imposed on him by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Ariyalur in Crl.M.P.No.2355 of 2025 dated 29.10.2025, that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the Respondent Police Station, daily twice at 10:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M., until further orders.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent. 3.

Considering the submissions made on both sides, nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner herein by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Ariyalur in Crl.M.P.No.2355 of 2025 dated 29.10.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10:00 a.m., for a period of fifteen days and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
