PRAYER :Civil Revision Petition filed Article 227 of Constitution of India, praying, to direct the Additional Sub Court, Hosur, to dispose of LAOP petition No. 164 of 2021 on the file of Additional Sub Court, Hosur filed for enhancement of the award amount under Order 21 Rule 58 CPC within a stipulated time frame as fixed by this Court. ORDER

The Civil Revision petition is filed seeking a direction to Additional Sub Court, Hosur to dispose of the LAOP No.164 of 2021 within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner herein filed a claim petition seeking enhancement of the compensation acquired by the respondent in connection with housing board project. The original petition was registered as early as 23-09-2021.

3. A perusal of the adjudication sheet filed in the typed set of papers would indicate that from 23-09-2021 to 18-07-2025, the OP was adjourned for filing of counter and thereafter, it has been adjourned for appearance of parties. Though the LAOP No.164 of 2021 was registered as early as 23-09-2021, even after a lapse of four years, there is no substantial progress in the enquiry.

4. Taking into consideration the date of filing of OP and the present stage of proceedings, this Court is inclined to direct the Additional Sub Court, Hosur to dispose of the main OP as expeditiously as possible. 2/5

5. With this direction, the civil revision petitions stands disposed of. No costs.
