ORDER

The petitioner has filed this revision to set aside the order passed by the Learned XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate Court at Chennai in Crl.M.P.No.20201 of 2024, dated 23.10.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that nothing survives in the matter and that no material has been furnished to prove that the proposed accused had removed the jewels and cash from the house.

3. The learned trial Judge has rightly found that there is no prima facie material with regard to the alleged removal of jewels and cash from the defacto complainant's house. Admittedly, the petitioner is residing with the proposed accused, and due to some misunderstanding, she lodged the complaint without any prima facie material, which cannot be encouraged.

4. Therefore, the findings of the learned XXIII Metropolitan Magistrate Court, Chennai passed in Crl.M.P.No.20201 of 2024 dated 23.10.2025, stand confirmed. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as devoid of merits. 18-11-2025 Index:Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Internet:Yes
