O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by N. SATHISH KUMAR, J.) This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to consider petitioner's representation dated 06.10.2025 and grant permission to the petitioner's son for taking better treatment in a private hospital.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's son sustained a fracture in his left leg and underwent a surgery in Government Hospital, Adukkamparai, Vellore and thereafter, the treatment is being given in the prison Hospital, but there has been no improvement.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents placed before us the medical records pertaining to the petitioner's son including the discharge summary and submits that proper treatment is being given to the petitioner's son and the same will be

continued without any interruption.

4. Recording the above submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this writ petition is closed. It is made clear that if the petitioner's son requires further treatment, he shall be admitted in the Government Hospital, Vellore and proper treatment shall be given to him. (N.S.K., J.)
