ORDER
The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 30.11.2024 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 309(4) & 311 of BNS in Crime No.531 of 2024, seeks bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner threatened the defacto complainant at knife point and robbed gold chain worth about seven sovereigns, a cell phone and case Rs.2,000/-. Hence, the case.
3. Earlier, this Court dismissed the bail petition in Crl.OP.No.17708 dated 12.09.2025 on the ground that the petitioner has bad antecedents.
4. Today, there is no representation for the petitioner.
5. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that in this case investigation is completed and the charge sheet was filed and the same was taken on file in S.C. No.411 of 2025 on the file of Mahila Court, Thiruvallur. Hence, he opposed to grant bail to the petitioner.
6. Considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Court finds that no change in circumstances has been established to revisit the earlier order passed by this Court. Hence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
