(Order of the Court was made by N.SATHISH KUMAR, J.) This petition has been filed seeking ordinary leave to the petitioner / convict prisoner Ameer Basha, S/o.Rafiq (Convict Prisoner, Pid No.101561), aged 32 years.

2. The Division Bench of this Court, vide order dated 19.11.2025, in W.P.(Crl.) Nos.722 of 2025 etc., batch, has elaborately dealt with the issue and has held that petition for emergency leave or ordinary leave cannot be entertained by this Court.

3. In view of the above said order dated 19.11.2025, this Court is not inclined to keep this petition pending. Hence, this petition is closed. However, the petitioner is entitled to move an application for suspension of sentence.
