This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para No.7(c) imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.29575 of 2025, dated 30.10.2025, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police for a period of two weeks, and thereafter as and when required for interrogation. 1/3

3. Considering the submissions of both sides, facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of offence, this Court is inclined to modify the condition in para No.7(c) imposed on the petitioner herein in Crl.O.P.No.29575 of 2025, dated 30.10.2025 to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Jurisdictional Magistrate (i.e., learned Judicial Magistrate Thittakudi, Cuddalore District) daily at 10:30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation by the respondent police.
